Morgan Leiviska

CMI, Home Inspector #20121003

Morgan grew up in New England where he developed an early dream of growing up to be a carpenter. After graduating from the St. Johnsbury Academy, he was given an opportunity to move to Alaska and make that dream a reality. Working alongside skilled tradesmen, Morgan was able to develop skills and knowledge in multiple disciplines of construction. This is also where Morgan began a lifelong love for learning and growth. When construction slowed in the early 2000s, Morgan fell back on his love of food and took a position as a cook in a fine dining restaurant in Fairbanks, AK. He again used his love of learning and hard work to make his way to the position of head chef. This is also where he met the love of his life Sabrina and together, they moved to Washington to begin a life together. Morgan discovered the home inspection industry during the process of purchasing their home and immediately recognized that it was a career made for him. It is a career that combines his love for learning and building and his desire to help people and solve problems. Morgan lives with his fiancée Sabrina near Tacoma, WA with their two dogs and cat. On days that he’s not at work, Morgan can usually be found researching or reading about building science, working on growing the perfect lawn or out in a creek looking for gold.

Maribeth Hardwick

CPI, Home Inspector #21005759

Maribeth was born and raised in Seattle and grew up working at her family’s hardware store located in the U-District. She eventually returned to school and received a degree from the University of Washington where she studied History and Comparative Religion.

She became a home inspector after she went through the buying process and learned the importance of having a quality inspection. When hurricane Ida hit the Gulf Coast in 2021, she became a contracted inspector for FEMA and was deployed to New Orleans, LA to inspect homes that had been damaged by flooding and high winds.

She currently lives in North Seattle with her wife Jenny, and their two cats, Shredder and Smudge. She loves to travel but has yet to find a better area than the PNW. She can be found out adventuring the region, reading up on history, or at any sporting event.
